Deep cleaning

• Bathrooms – All basins, tiles, counters, corners, baseboards, inside cabinets (upon request), outside of cabinets, light switches, shelves, pumice the ring in the toilet, shine and polish all faucet and shower fixtures, wash tile and grout, under sink gets cleaned, lights cleaned, floor corners detailed, fan cover washed, glass and mirrors shined, etc.

• Kitchen – Countertops thoroughly cleaned, all sides and under appliances cleaned, stovetop and oven inside and out cleaned, dishwasher emptied and wiped on the front and handle, counters cleared and shined, toaster cleaned out, refrigerator cleaned, faucets shined, microwave wiped out. Organization of drawers and cabinets and vacuuming and wiping out drawers, coffee maker, cleared our and shined, under sink cleared and organized, any dirty kitchen items washed, expired foods removed (upon request.).

• Cabinets – In kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned extensively.

• Living room – Couches are taken apart and vacuumed in and underneath, handprints or nose prints cleaned off windows, cobwebbed, all table or dressers wiped, handles and light switches wiped. Under, around and behind all furniture cleaned and vacuumed. Couched straightened and dusted, dusting everywhere, cobwebbed, games and magazine or books put away and straightened.

• Bedrooms — Bed frames cleaned, vacuumed/dust under and around the bed, nightstands, and dressers. ceiling fans cleaned, ceiling de-cobwebbed, dust all shelves, and surfaces. wash all bedding upon request.

• Fireplace – Fireplace cleaned out.

• Laundry room – All washers and dryers whipped on the outside, vacuumed on sides of washer and dryer if requested, shelves in cleaned and organized cabinets wiped, floors cleaned.

• Windows – Handprints and pet prints cleaned, window tracks cleared of bugs and dust build-up.

• All basins scrubbed cleaned and disinfected – All sinks, toilets, and tubs are immaculately cleaned.

• All baseboards are wiped – Under and behind furniture, the baseboards are dusted throughout the entire home.

• Removal of all cobwebs – In every nook cranny, and ceiling beams, corners everywhere.

• Light switches and handles – All light panels cleaned and handle of drawers and doors cleaned.

• Walls – If necessary cleaned and cleared of residue behind toilets, and more upon request.

• Wall fixtures and wall sconces – Wiped with soft clean rags and shined, de-bugged.

• Heater vents – Dusted and vacuumed if requested.

• Stairs – Deeply vacuumed or mopped, corners, and baseboards wiped. Banisters and handrails wiped down with precision.

• Floors – swept, vacuumed, mopped (sometimes several times if home need this) shined, polished.

• Patios and decks – Swept and cleaned and cobwebbed, outdoor furniture organized, and wiped, BBQ grill washed thoroughly

• Trash removal — Trash in bathrooms and kitchen emptied and brought out to receptacles. Trash cans wiped out if needed.

• General – All blankets and towels folded, decorative pillows organized, etc.

• Blinds — vacuumed, dusted, and detailed.

• Garage — Swept out. Organized (upon request)

Basic cleaning

• Kitchen – Stovetop cleaned, dishwasher emptied, counters wiped, toaster cleaned out, fronts of appliances wiped, refrigerator cleaned if requested, oven cleaned if requested, countertops thoroughly cleaned, faucets shined, microwave wiped out.

• Living room – Couch straightened and dusted, dusting everywhere, cob webbing, games, and magazine or books put away and straightened. All obvious surfaced wiped.

• Fireplace – Fireplace cleaned out.

• Bathrooms — Showers, toilet, and sink scrubbed, any glass shined, floors mopped.

• Laundry room – Floors swept and mopped. We also require doubles of all sheets and towels throughout the home.

• Windows – Handprints and pet prints removed.

• Trash removal — Trash from bathrooms and kitchen emptied and brought to outdoor receptacles.

• General – All blankets and towels folded, all floors vacuumed, mopped, swept, obvious surfaces dusted, countertops wiped, etc.

• Please note: We do not get under furniture, baseboards and not thoroughly cleaned unless in obvious locations very visible, switches, and cabinets aren’t cleaned on the front in detail unless requested, ovens and fridges are not cleaned on the inside unless requested.
