Interior caretaking

• Eco-friendly house Cleaning – Everything is clean and ready for homeowner use at any time. (we schedule your cleaning upon request)

• Eco-friendly window cleaning -- Seasonal window cleaning to ensure your views are crystal clear (we will recommend this bi-yearly, upon request)

• Eco-friendly carpet cleaning — Our carpet care professionals can also detail sofas if needed. (we will recommend this yearly, upon request)

• Manage sub-contractors and service professionals – We meet subcontractors to be let in for a job, manage their work, then securely close up your home.

• Electronics – All electronics are running correctly or programmed to the desired setting. (upon request)

• Alarms– Set alarm if applicable to home.

• Thermostat – Check the thermostat and program to the homeowner’s desired temperature.

• Lights – Check that all lights are turned off, or programmed to the desired setting.

• Blinds – Blinds are closed properly and securely.

• Doors and windows – Doors are latched, closed, and locked.

• Bathrooms – Turn off/check floor heating heaters in bathrooms. Toilets flushed each house check to preserve inner working, and parts, from leakage.

• Toilets – Flush regularly, to check the plumbing, and freshen the water from mineral build-up.

• Check under sinks and around furniture – For traces of pests and place any traps or call an exterminator if necessary

• Garage – Check to make sure no trash is left behind.

• Carpets – Any spots that need tending to, steam cleaning, etc.

• Garage keypad – Working with fresh batteries.

• Pingpong tables and other games – Make sure all parts and pieces are in their place, and neatly stored.

• Closet and dressers – Make sure items are neatly stored.

• Refrigerators and freezers – Check that everything is in operation.

• Interior Damage – Keep eyes open for any damage.

• Pests — We keep a very close eye on any signs of rodents or bug infestations.

• This and all lists can be tailored to your home.

• note: We don’t believe in using ant dangerous chemicals in your home to preserve the health and wellbeing of you, your family, and our environment.

• Exterior damage – Keep eyes open for any damage on siding, roof, decks, etc.

• Defensible space — brush cleared to distance necessary for fire safety, and no tree touching home, to where ants or pests can get on or into the structure.

• Concierge services – Stock fridge or home with any wanted or necessary items for personal or rental use.

• Management of all subcontractors - Our many years in business has allowed us to create relationships with the most trusted, professional home care professionals in the area. All companies we use are licensed, bonded, and insured.

• Patio – All is stored safely, the deck is maintained if needed.

• Firewood – Make sure it is stocked upon request.

• BBQ – Make sure gas is off and propane tanks full for next arrival, and it is clean.

• Landscaping and property grounds – Check trees and yard for any clean up, or potential leaking sprinklers, or need for deck staining or outside maintenance of the home, or in winter snow removal needs, etc.
